  • We are 2 blocks from a blue line stop and very near the 56 and 66 bus routes. There are coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, gyms, grocery stores, banks, bars, and drug stores all within a 2 block radius! 

  • You will have access to Wifi, cleaning supplies, puppy pads, fresh towels and bath mats, a microwave, black nitrile gloves, mouthwash, body wash, shampoo, hand soap, hand sanitizer, toy and dish cleaners, cutlery, cups, bowls, plates, glassware and plastic wear, paper products, slippers, Coffee and tea, water and La Croix, safety supplies, and basic utility needs.  

    If you are renting for overnight you have access to a bedroom with a private en suite bathroom with all the amenities you would find in a hotel suite plus a washer and dryer.  

    If you are renting for photography you may find extra extension cords and basic lighting accessories helpful. 

    If you are renting for play you will find implements, masks, and general BDSM supplies available for your use and care. 

  • There is never any smoking allowed, but of course adults of drinking age may celebrate with a glass of champagne or the like as long as they do not become intoxicated, especially at play.

    • Please do not play on bondage bed or any surfaces without a barrier.  Puppy pads are in the rolling carts and in the left side cabinets in the armoire. The bondage bed fabric can stain if not protected.

    • No Smoking

    • No Cooking (The kitchen and fridge can be used in all ways, but there is no ventilation in Apex so food smells tend to linger, so unfortunately, we cannot cook in the space) 

    • No Fire or fire play/Edge play/Breath play/Blood play

    • No Pets (unless discussed with host prior)

    • No Wax play

    • No Glitter

    • No Public Humiliation in foyer or outside of building 

    • No Drugs outside of smokeless legal substances 

    • No Participating in BDSM while intoxicated

    • No Outside shoes worn inside the space.  (Shoes for play/photos are ok)  Disposable slippers & sandals are found under the bench near the front door and should be worn if you have bare feet during your stay.  Please also ask your guests to remove their shoes and wear their own socks or the provided slippers

    • No open flame candles should be lit

    • No smoke machines or fog

    • No more than 40 people in the unit at a time

    • Do not dispose of anything other than TP in the toilets, please.

    • No firearms are allowed at AMC.

    • No subleasing rented time is allowed.

    • Unless hosting an event, no more than 5 people are allowed in the space at a time without prior approval

  • We are deep cleaned monthly by professionals. This includes air ducts, carpets, and baseboards. We are cleaned weekly by a specially trained person who works in these kind of environments, and when the host is visiting and operating the space, there is touch up cleaning done daily. 

    Post rentals that are not occupied by professionals, a cleaning team will visit and disinfect surfaces, implements, toys, and floors. 

    We use vinegar on the laminate floors, antibacterial cleaning products on surfaces, and  mainly Cavicide on the implements, toys, and play surfaces. This is a reliable hospital-grade disinfectant often used in medical settings. All other toys are hand washed in hot water and surgical scrub, and stainless steel is additionally autoclaved after being washed. 

    We are energetically cleaned weekly, and smudged and protected monthly. 

  • Please fill the inquiry form as thoroughly as you can. If you are a SW, please note that in your contact as well as including your website, email address and social media handles.

    Once we have discussed the day/time you’d like, we will reach out to coordinate. Once we have coordinated, we will send an invoice for your deposit that you may pay by credit card. Once you have secured your rental we will supply the manual, a video walk through, and the address and entry instructions.

  • Outside of bringing your joy and confidence, please pack anything you need to make you feel at home and confident in your rented space. Be it a music mix, a favorite beverage, or implement, we welcome you to enjoy and use the space as respectfully as if it were your own.

    If you’re staying: We provide clean sheets and duvet, a hair dryer, washer and dryer, fresh towels, bath mats, wipes, black washcloths for makeup removal, shampoo, soap, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, emergency first aid kit, a refrigerator with water, La Croix and apples, as well as coffee and tea on the kitchen counter.

    If you’re playing: We provide shampoo, soap, body wash, hand sanitizer, wipes, fresh towels and bath mats, cleaning supplies, emergency first aid kit, a refrigerator with water, La Croix, and apples, as well as coffee and tea.

    If you’re making art: We have two soft box lights for use by request as well as smaller accoutrement lighting, a reflector and a few extra extension cords. Our blinds are also motorized shades that allow you to almost completely block out light, shade the light, or get full sun from our SW facing windows in the front of the space.
