Apex Media is perfect for photography and filming! Rent our 2,000 square foot dungeon space featuring a sound dampened ceiling, a full bathroom with shower, full kitchen, receiving room/lounge, bar area, and an imported, bespoke BDSM dungeon set up with props for photography and videography.

Hand-built designer touches in the custom millwork, Restoration Hardware chandeliers, dress forms and bar counter stools, and extra high 14 ' ceilings set this space apart. The old piano factory storefront features a large window of vintage ice block glass from the Chicago World's Fair era. This window has motorized shades to either create light filtering or near black out if you wish to utilize the gorgeous ambiance of the chandeliers and LED lighting.

All the lights are dimmable and all LED lights are controllable and color changing on our app-loaded house iPad, or a remote control. Two Sonos speakers on either end of the space are able to fill your shoot with music.

An extra 30 minutes is built into the bookends of your rental to allow you to acclimate to the space and lighting and to clean up after.

This visual arts space is perfect for the content creator of the spicy allure, fetish photography, music videos, educational filming, or making BDSM clips!

We now offer an add-on boudoir space for more sensual and soft shoots.

The boudoir bedroom has an en-suite full bath of its own and also features dimmable lighting and a sound dampened ceiling.
